Account deletion

Leave with your data in hand.

Deleting your account removes the account and sync metadata BingeNovel holds. Your device-only reading files remain on your device until you remove them.

1. Open BingeNovel and go to Settings.
2. Choose Account, then select Delete account.
3. Confirm the email address associated with your account.
4. If you cannot access Settings, email support@bingenovel.app from that address and request deletion.

We retain account and sync metadata until the deletion request is completed. Deletion does not remove EPUB files, chapter content, or other files stored locally on your device.
