Use the service responsibly

Do not use BingeNovel for illegal activity, infringement, abuse, or distribution of explicit material where doing so violates applicable law or the rights of others. You are responsible for your account and your device.

Sources and permissions

BingeNovel can request information from direct repositories and other Target Services that you choose. Those services are not operated by BingeNovel; any user-supplied repository is unaffiliated with us. Publishers and users are responsible for having the permissions and licenses required for content they publish, access, or store.

Changes and revocation

We may change, suspend, or revoke access to BingeNovel or a connected source when necessary for safety, legal compliance, maintenance, or a source's request. We do not promise that any particular repository, book, feature, or service will remain available.

No warranty

BingeNovel is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access or specific results. To the extent permitted by law, you use connected sources and downloaded content at your own risk.
